Gasifier is a kind of forced gasification equipment that converts the liquid industrial gas into gaseous state through heat exchanger. Not only can gasified gas meets the requirements of industrial gas transmission and use, but also can it provides users more clean and more stable source gas.
Forced Gasification Equipment
1. Electric Heating Type Gasifier
Electric heating type gasifier heats the water in the gasifier through high efficiency electric component. The liquid industrial gas passes the coiled tube that submerged in the water. It was gasified and overheated through absorbed the heat in water, and being delivered to the gas pipeline network through the gas-liquid separator.

2.Hot Water Heating Type Gasifier
Liquid industrial gas(gas) absorbs the heat of circulating hot water in the shell-and-tube type heat exchanger, then it gasified being delivered to the gas pipeline network through gas-liquid separator.

3. Steam Heating Type Gasifier
Steam heating type gasifier has coaxial heat transfer tube bundle inside. The reserve flow condensate water in the outer tube is heated during the bottom-up process of the saturated stream inside the tube. The condensate water in the outer tube uniformly transfers heat to the liquid industrial gas out of the tube bundle. Then the liquid industrial gas is gasified and overheated. After gasified, it takes off the heavy components through the gas-liquid separator and delivers to the gas pipeline network.
