According to different requirements of customers, gas mixing equipment will let different dielectric gas(ammonia gas, liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, coal gas,marsh gas, air and etc.) mix based on different ratio. The gas mixer we produced include: Venturi Ejector Type Gas Mixer, Gasification/ Mixing Integrated Mixer, Servo Flow Type Gas Mixer and High Pressure Proportion Gas Mixer. They are used for mixing liquid petroleum gas(natural gas) and air, natural gas and coal gas, natural gas and marsh gas, ammonia gas and air.
1. Venturi Ejector Type Gas Mixer
Venturi Ejector Type Gas Mixer making use of gas self pressure potential energy, ejecting through supersonic nozzle at high speed, inhaling air from outside or another gas, forming homogeneous mixed gas inside the Venturi tube and then outputting it.
Venturi Ejector Type Gas Mixer has sound-light alarm and security chain. We adopt Laval nozzle, it with highly gas mixing pressure and stable gas mixing ratio. This kind of mixer with features of stable working and low cost.
Based on the principle of Venturi Ejector Type Gas Mixer, our company developed a kind of carbon black tail gas recycling system which can prevent condensation material from flowing back And obtained a patent
