Hot Water Heating Type Gasifier
Liquid industrial gas(gas) absorbs the heat of circulating hot water in the shell-and-tube type heat exchanger, then it gasified being delivered to the gas pipeline network through gas-liquid separator.
In general, when the gasifier is working, there is a certain level of liquid industrial gas inside it. When the gas consumption changes, the liquid level of liquid industrial gas(gas) changes higher or lower as well, in order to increase or reduce the contact area with hot water pipe to adapt to the changes of gas volume.

- In the situation that the cycling water flow broken off, return water temperature below minimum, the liquid level of the liquid industrial gas beyond maximum or the outlet temperature below minimum after gasified, then the magnetic valve on the liquid industrial gas inlet pipe line will be closed immediately, in order to prevent low temperature gasification and liquid overmuch.
